5 stars from me because I'm form the uk and I made an order which came up as delivered initially when it wasn't however I emailed BW and they explained the label had been ripped a little so they sorted it for me and sent the package again,which arrived on time! I have also contacted the team again since about an ordering issue but they promptly replied and helped me secure my order quickly. They are always polite and very helpful if you need their assistance. Don't hesitate to order or ask for help if you come across any problems.
